Healing for the Heathen
“Heathen” appears 150 times in the KJV.
In our vernacular, we use it to describe someone who is a rank sinner or a rebellious child.
Generally, in the Bible, it refers to Gentiles or the masses.
The NKJV also translates as “nations.”
It is often used in the sense of those who do not know God.
In this latter sense, all non-Christians are heathen.
