Will You Rise and Run to Jesus?

The Master
1. He is Master over sickness and disease – Matthew 8:1-17

3. He is Master over Satan and his minions – Matthew 8:28-34
4. He is Master over Death – Matthew 9:18-26
5. As Master, He is worthy of our worship: John 11:32

The Master has Come
1. John 8:38 – to do the Father’s will
2. Luke 19:10 – to seek and to save the lost
3. Matthew 9:13 – to call sinners to repentance
4. John 3:18 – not to condemn but to save
5. Matthew 20:28 – not to be served, but serve
6. Matthew 20:28 – to give His life as a ransom
7. John 10:10 – that we might have an abundant life
The Master has Come and is Calling
1. Matthew 11:28 – “Come unto Me, all you who are weary…”

3. John 12:32 – the cross is Jesus’ call to the world
he Master Has Come and Is Calling for You.
1. Imagine if the Lord called for everyone but you.
2. But God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance – 2 Peter 3:9.
3. God wants all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth – 1 Timothy 2:4.
4. As the children’s song teaches us, “Jesus called them one by one: Peter, Andrew, James and John…”, Jesus calls for each one of us today.
